After the Bolsheviks regained power, many expected them to lead a world revolution.  To make headway for this goal, they created the Russian Communist party in 1919.  This group had representatives from all the Communist parties in the world.  After World War 1, this group supported Communist outbreaks in the world.  During the 1920's, the idea of the Soviet Union leading a world revolution was downplayed.  During the 20's, the Soviet Union sought bondage with other nations.  Soon the Soviet Union was given diplomatic recognition.  Later, the Soviet Union joined the League of Nations.
